2023-2024 RE Registration Form

Dear Parents,

We will offer RE classes in person at the barn for the 2023-2024 church year. We are using a curriculum called Souls Matter with a different theme's each month.

It's important that all families register to assist in planning.

Linda Bowser is our Nursery teacher for ages birth-3 years old. Sam Smith is our pre-primary/primary teacher. We are currently looking for adolescent teachers and assistants.

Parent Consent - PCUUC, RE personnel have my permission to treat and/or transport my child to the appropriate medical facility in the event of a medical emergency. This applies to when we meet in-person.
